Oh how we LOVE this blessed day! Not only the fun festivities but because our Awesome country is just Awesome! :) All because our Awesome Soldiers of yesterday, today, and tomorrow! I want to say thanks to my brother especially and tell him we love him so much and are so proud of him. I never really appreciated just how lucky we are and now every time I hear that sweet tune to out National Anthem and see the flag waving it gives me chills, Ill admit it, I cry a little ;) and I get to hear it every night at 5 pm as the HAFB plays it loud and proud... its actually pretty cool, as my Sister in Law Brielle says "God Bless America"! :) We truly love this Holiday! 

Now the festivities are such a blast, and this year we got 2 days of it all! Hope you all took advantage! Here are just a few pictures thus far... more to come!

Mom Craven

Today is Kaseys moms birthday and even though she is out of town we want to make sure she is having a fantastic birthday- She is always on the ball and knows everyones favorites things, she tries so hard to make you feel special any day of the week. She is super neat and tidy and and loves to craft and figure out ways to make things- She is super handy that way! She has 3 grandkids and has such a special relationship with them- We love mom craven and Grandma "maama" Happy Birthday! 

Brennan

So it seems like all I ever post anymore is birthdays... :/ o-well!!! I apologize for the ones I have missed as well- but today is my nephews birthday and I have only ever met him once! He is 2 and he lives in England with my brother and his sister in law and their cute little family they came to visit us just a little bit ago and it was so much fun- him and Auklin didnt get along as well as I would have liked but they had a fun time together, they learned to know each other and became friends! :) Brennan is fearless and likes to do anything and everything all the big kids do- He is super smart and has the cutest little laugh. We loved having them here and we miss them- Happy Birthday Kiddo-

HUBBY

As I sit here and think of all the wonderful things I could write about Kasey for his birthday it struck me that there is one thing that I would just love to say and that is- THANKS! J Kasey is so amazing at a ton of things but mostly he is amazing at loving his family. He does everything in the interest of us and we appreciate him so much! He is working so hard to provide for us, he is going to school, he works hard at his calling, and he is the best dad to Auklin. He is Auklins best friend, he cant wait for Kasey to come home everyday- they are so fun to watch play together. We love Kasey so much and hope he has a fabulous day!!!! Happy Birthday babe!

Dearest Brother

Well today is my oldest brothers birthday- Mike. I miss my brother dearly and his sweet little family. He is 34 this year... i think... and he is in the air force. Right now he is currently in Kuwait until July or August sometime- wow that is coming soon, not soon enough but we cant wait! Mike has been in the air force for 10 years and goin strong. He is always willing to serve, it has been in him his whole life. He is an awesome dad of 4 children and such a sweet hearted old man ;) He is very handy and loves golf- he is a hard core Bears fan and is such a kid at heart. He enjoys the "dumb" little things in life and loves to make others happy! We love him and miss him and hope you had a great Birthday Mike! xoxoxo 

Grace Face

Our little Gracie is finally 1 :) we have been waiting for this day and counting down... It was such a fun party- Gracie is special to our family, Blake and Amanda were able to adopt her a year ago (well in a couple days it will be a year ;) ). We are so grateful she is in our family- She has the sweetest little spirit and is so happy. She talks so much and is so smart, she has the CUEST little voice you have ever heard. She is always looking so stylish, and loves to suck on her 3rd and 4th finger- so precious! We love our little Grace Face, and her big beautiful blues- Happy Birthday!!! 

Laetly

So its been a while since I posted about my awesome family! My hubby has been so super busy we are trying to get our lawn in so we dont look so white trash, we had an oppertunity to get free sod so in one day Kasey and his dad and the help of many many others, including our families- put out sprinkling system in, rolled up the sod from someone's lawn and laid it in our yard- he works so hard to provide for our little clan, he just finished school for the summer and will be back next semester- he is trying to stay active with softball and basketball, he comes home and is Auklins best friend! Auklin loves when he comes home- Auklin is growing like a weed and talking so much! I copies everything you say and he is actually a pretty good little talker- He loves to dance and lately he likes to grab your hand and bring you to the middle of the floor and dance with you- :) such a cutie, so yesterday we were in the car and he has been sick lately, we found out it was pneumonia poor little thing has been so sad and just out of it- very needy and sleepy. well we were in the car and I was trying to get him to livin up so I turned on the music and said do you want to dance? He of course said nooooo! So then a few min later I reached back and said can mommy hold your hand? and he took my hand and then reached for my other hand, we were parked so I was able to reach back there with both hands and he started bobbing his head and trying to shake his body to dance with me :) it was so precious- it was the first time in a couple weeks he looked that lively- I just loved it! He is much better now, thank goodness! We are just enjoying life and trying to get out in the nice weather when it is here! There is a lot to come this summer! Bring on the summer!!!!!

Austin Mark

So the last May Birthday has finally come and gone- Our dear little Austin Mark Burningham- His birthday was the day after mine- He is also the newest member of the Craven family- He is super smart and very dedicated to everything he does, mainly school and wake boarding ;) he is an avid wake boarder and will live on the water all summer long as long as he gets his new house up and running. He stays super busy not only with his job at Murdock but his job on KSL... hehe well for those of you that know Austin you know what I mean! He likes to joke around and find things about people to tease- :) He is always finding ways to earn money and provide for his new little family- Jillisa :) We hope you had a great birthday Austin! 

Jilli

So I am a day late due to demoing a house and just not getting my act together- Yet another Birthday in this fine month of May- my dear sweet sister in law Jillisa- She is now of legal age and I will tell you one thing she sure has grown up so much the past little while- She just got married and bought a new house- We all know the stressors in those 2 events, Jillisa has always been worry free spirited and so laid back. She likes to make others happy even if she doesnt get what she wants. She has such an optimistic attitude and is so strong for how little she is! She has her own way of thinking and no matter how bizzar it is it fits her just right-She is going to beauty school and is so great at it! Here is to our happy little Jillisa- Happy Birthday!!!
